454 Squadron RAAF: This representation of this historic Squadron’s badge is Australian made and is a 3 dimensional custom crafted product.  It is hand painted using marine enamels and complies with the Royal Australian Air Force colour specification. The badge is cast using a two-pack polyurethane media and is extremely durable.

It is 145 mm high, 87 mm wide and 10 mm proud of the presentation board on which it is mounted.  Currently most often mounted on a Unit Board (Std) or Navy Board – (3 point shield) shaped timber board, stained in rich walnut with a high gloss finish. There is a keyway routed into the back of the board for wall/bulkhead mounting.
